Created the category, then acquired the competition.
Context
When Hypecast engaged us, Corporate Audio didn't exist as a market category. There was no established buyer, no competitive landscape, no playbook.
The problem
The founders had a product they believed in but no clear path to market. Who buys this? How do you sell something nobody knows they need?
What we did
We defined the category, built the strategy, and then embedded with the team for 2+ years to execute it. That long-term embed is the engagement we now offer as Residency. Today, Hypecast is the recognized leader in Corporate Audio, with steady revenue growth, international expansion, and a competitor acquisition that confirmed their market dominance.
The results, within a year: Revenue more than tripled, sales projections beaten by 3X, and sales cycles cut 50-75% (per CEO Max Conrad). The momentum also helped close a six-figure funding round that summer.
No market category. No playbook.
Recognized category leader, with growth, international expansion, and a competitor acquisition.
